Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate packaging development projects, ensuring alignment with marketing briefs and objectives for timeline, cost, design, industrialization, and quality.
  • Oversee the homologation process, ensuring compatibility and functionality of packaging with R&D standards.
  • Manage the system and process of packaging specification, ensuring quality and machinability criteria are met.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery.
  • Provide technical support for quality control and compliance, arranging necessary tests and ensuring adherence to specifications.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in cosmetic, perfume, or skincare packaging development or related industry.
  • Proficiency in English; French is a plus.
  • Experience with plastic injection, IBM, EBM, metal stamping/CNC, and decoration processes.
  • Knowledge of mold fabrication for various materials is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with 3D design software and MS Office applications.

Skills

Strong project management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to analyze and synthesize information from various sources. Proactive and meticulous with a keen eye for detail. Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Experience

At least 2 years of experience in packaging development within the cosmetics or related industry.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Design, or a related field is preferred.
