Temporary operations support role at Christian Dior Couture in Aspen, Colorado. Client service, cash management, and retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment, greeting clients, maintaining housekeeping standards, and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and maintain cash integrity and media control at registers
- Manage telephone communications with professional etiquette, including message-taking and customer inquiry handling
- Assist with merchandise packaging, wrapping, exchanges, and returns in partnership with boutique leadership
- Execute opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and secure receipt handling
- Maintain organized register areas and ensure adequate supply levels
- Support floor moves, merchandising displays, maintenance, and housekeeping activities
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory control procedures
- Uphold all company policies, procedures, safety, and security standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail cashiering and operations experience
- Luxury retail background preferred
- Ability to work full-time schedule including varied hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and follow-through abilities
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise and fixtures
