Christian Dior Couture Vancouver: Operations Supervisor position overseeing boutique inventory, shipping, and back-of-house operations. CAD $26–$28/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and verify all shipping and receiving functions, auditing purchase orders, ticketing, and validation reports to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Maintain orderly stock, receiving areas, and general store facilities while ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed and organized
  • Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts to verify stock levels and system accuracy
  • Supervise associate compliance with company policies, procedures, security protocols, and inventory management standards
  • Train, coach, and develop associates in POS procedures, return processes, alteration requests, safety, and security protocols
  • Monitor receiving accuracy, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor to corporate systems
  • Ensure physical facility security, safety code compliance, and proper back-of-house organization and setup
  • Execute store opening and closing procedures, securing the facility and overseeing security compliance
  • Assist with payroll management, associate scheduling, and budget compliance
  • Generate and maintain operational reports and records demonstrating adherence to company policies
  • Address operational challenges affecting store service, efficiency, and productivity
  • Deliver and inspire outstanding customer service throughout all boutique operations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail stock associate and operations experience
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift and move merchandise boxes and fixtures throughout the store
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven organizational and follow-through capabilities
  • Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards
  • Availability to travel as needed
