Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee and verify all shipping and receiving functions, including purchase order validation and auditing of ticketing and verification reports
- Maintain orderly stock and receiving areas, ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed, sensored, and organized
- Participate in all inventory and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records
- Train, coach, and manage associates in POS procedures, return processes, alteration requests, and security protocols
- Monitor receiving accuracy, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor to ensure inventory integrity
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards across all store operations
- Produce and maintain operational reports and records to demonstrate adherence to company guidelines
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, store security protocols, and physical security measures
- Assist with associate scheduling, payroll compliance, and budget management
- Identify and resolve operational issues affecting store efficiency and service quality
- Deliver outstanding customer service and inspire service excellence among team members
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail stock associate experience with operations background
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated organizational and follow-through abilities
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise boxes and fixtures throughout the store
- Ability to work flexible full-time schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards
- Availability to travel as needed
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail stock associate experience, preferably with a strong operations background. Proven ability to manage non-selling functions in a luxury retail environment.
