Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all shipping, receiving, and inventory verification processes, ensuring accuracy through auditing of purchase orders, ticketing, and validation reports
  • Maintain an organized and secure stock area, receiving area, and general store facilities, ensuring proper merchandise ticketing and compliance with safety codes
  • Participate in and coordinate all inventory and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Supervise associate compliance with established Company policies, procedures, and standards regarding fund safekeeping, personnel practices, security, and record-keeping
  • Train, coach, and mentor retail associates in operational procedures including POS systems, returns, alterations, and security protocols
  • Monitor accuracy of receiving, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor (RTVs) to maintain inventory integrity
  • Produce and maintain operational reports and records demonstrating adherence to Company policies
  • Execute opening and closing procedures, including store security lockdown and compliance verification
  • Assist with associate payroll management, scheduling, and budget compliance
  • Address operational deficiencies affecting store service, efficiency, and productivity
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and foster a hospitality-focused culture across all boutique operations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail stock, shipping, and receiving experience with demonstrated operations background
  • Proven ability to manage shipping, receiving, and inventory control functions in a luxury retail environment
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift, move, and handle merchandise boxes and store fixtures throughout the boutique
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with excellent follow-through
  • Demonstrated compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
  • Availability to work a full-time schedule including varied hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Willingness to travel as required for business needs

Experience
