Christian Dior Couture Operations Supervisor in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles. Full-time retail operations management role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all shipping, receiving, and inventory functions, verifying purchase orders and auditing validation reports to ensure accuracy
- Maintain orderly stock and receiving areas, ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed, sensored, and organized
- Participate in all inventory and cycle counts, monitoring accuracy of transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor
- Train, coach, and manage associates in POS procedures, return protocols, alteration requests, and security procedures
- Ensure compliance of all associates with established company policies, procedures, standards, and security protocols
- Monitor adequate security measures and ensure physical facilities comply with safety codes and ordinances
- Produce and maintain operational reports and records to ensure adherence to company policies
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, locking and securing the store, and ensuring security protocol compliance
- Assist with payroll management, associate scheduling, and budget compliance
- Support problem resolution affecting store service, efficiency, and productivity
- Provide and inspire outstanding customer service
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience with operations background
- Minimum 3+ years of retail stock associate experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures
- Ability to lift and perform all operational functions as required
- Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards
- Availability to travel as needed

Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with at least 3+ years in retail stock and receiving functions with demonstrated operations background.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
