Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily stockroom operations, inventory quality standards, stock validations, and consignment follow-up activities
- Oversee shipping and receiving processes, cycle counts, and back-office logistics across assigned departments
- Develop and execute action plans for depreciated and slow-moving inventory to optimize stock performance
- Maintain the highest standards of customer service and client treatment within the boutique
- Supervise service-related processes including Care Services, product handling, and repair management with corrective action follow-up
- Partner with management on floor management, visual merchandising strategy, and cross-functional boutique initiatives
- Supervise till operations, money deposits, and expense controls in compliance with established procedures
- Manage departmental reconciliation, Coupa invoicing, purchase orders, and payroll-related administrative tasks
- Enforce implementation of policies, lead corrective actions, and drive compliance with internal audits and monthly controls
- Maintain health and safety standards, uniform protocols, IT management, and boutique security measures
- Serve as key user for store systems and lead implementation of new operational tools and platforms
- Provide onboarding, training, and procedural guidance to new starters and existing team members
- Support, mentor, and motivate the team while acting as a reliable liaison between operations staff and management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management-level experience within luxury fashion or high-service retail environments
- Strong operational knowledge spanning stock management, audit compliance, health and safety protocols, and boutique administration
- Advanced Excel proficiency with demonstrated ability to run, interpret, and act upon operational reports and data
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building capabilities across all team levels
- Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solving approach with ability to identify and resolve operational issues efficiently
