Role & Responsibilities

  • Verify purchase orders and audit validation and verification reports for all shipping and receiving functions affecting store inventory
  • Maintain orderly stock and receiving areas while ensuring proper ticketing and general store maintenance
  • Participate in all inventory and cycle counts to ensure accuracy
  • Oversee associate compliance with established company policies, procedures, and standards across security, inventory management, sales, and record-keeping
  • Train, coach, and lead associates in execution of operational tasks including POS procedures, return processes, alteration requests, and safety and security protocols
  • Monitor accuracy of receiving, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor (RTV) submissions to maintain inventory integrity
  • Ensure adequate security measures and physical facilities alignment with safety codes and ordinances
  • Manage store opening and closing procedures, security protocols, and lock-down procedures
  • Assist with payroll management, associate scheduling, and ensure compliance with payroll budgets
  • Produce and maintain operational reports and records to ensure adherence to company policies

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail stock associate and operations background experience
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise boxes and store fixtures, including lifting
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills
  • Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards
  • Availability to travel as needed
