Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee all shipping and receiving functions, verifying purchase orders and auditing validation reports to ensure inventory accuracy
• Maintain orderly stock and receiving areas with proper merchandise ticketing and general store maintenance
• Conduct and participate in all inventory and cycle counts
• Supervise associate compliance with established company policies, procedures, and standards including security and record-keeping
• Train, coach, and lead associates in POS procedures, return processing, alteration requests, and safety protocols
• Monitor accuracy of receiving, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor (RTV) transactions to maintain inventory integrity
• Ensure adequate security measures and verify physical facilities meet all safety codes and ordinances
• Produce and maintain operational reports and records demonstrating adherence to company policies
• Lock and secure the store, overseeing all opening and closing procedures and security protocols
• Assist with payroll management, associate scheduling, and budget compliance
• Address operational challenges affecting store service, efficiency, and productivity

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of retail stock associate experience with a strong operations background
• Demonstrated expertise in shipping, receiving, and inventory management
• Proven ability to supervise and lead retail operations teams
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise and fixtures throughout the store
• Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards
• Availability to work variable hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Availability to travel as required

Experience

Minimum 3+ years of retail stock associate or shipping and receiving experience in a retail or luxury retail environment, with demonstrated operational responsibility and supervisory capability.
