Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the full accounts payable process, including invoice receipt, review, and processing
- Collaborate with the finance department to track payment status and ensure compliance with established timelines
- Upload invoices and supporting documentation to the company's accounting system
- Request necessary documentation from suppliers for review and registration in the internal payment system
- Support inventory management activities, including physical counts and record reconciliation
- Process purchase orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Manage seller uniform inventory, ensuring adequate supply and appropriate distribution
- Communicate with store operations teams to address ad-hoc requests and track process developments
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve issues and monitor payment progress
