Role & Responsibilities

  • Process all shipping and receiving transactions accurately and efficiently, including inbound freight, returns-to-vendor (RTV), chargebacks, transfers and damages in accordance with company policy.
  • Maintain an orderly, secure and compliant stockroom and receiving area; ensure merchandise is properly ticketed, sensored and security‑tagged.
  • Participate in inventory control activities including regular cycle counts and full inventory counts; reconcile discrepancies and communicate with central distribution and corporate inventory control.
  • Support store housekeeping, floor moves, merchandising refreshes and display maintenance as required.
  • Assist with price changes, packing/wrapping of customer purchases, and ad hoc operational tasks assigned by management.
  • Operate and maintain all equipment required for back‑of‑house operations; adhere to record‑keeping, security and cash/property safekeeping procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of retail stock, shipping and receiving experience.
  • Demonstrable ability to handle merchandise safely and follow receiving procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accurate numerical literacy for documentation.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills; able to work collaboratively with boutique and corporate teams.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift/move boxes and fixtures.
