Christian Dior Couture Operations Associate, Stock role at Selfridges, London. Full-time position managing inventory and stock operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize stock rooms for products and packaging according to Christian Dior standards
- Execute daily stock counts and conduct thorough investigations of any discrepancies
- Work towards and maintain zero in-store negative stock
- Support organization and implementation of comprehensive stock takes
- Action all deliveries, ensuring stock is integrated and prioritized as directed
- Carry out replenishment promptly and as frequently as required
- Complete transfers within the UK and European network as needed
- Action and report all stock issues including theft, discrepancies, and slow-moving items
- Develop accurate reporting on end-of-month results, stock take outcomes, negatives, and faulty pieces
- Participate in and support the Stock Management team during the annual stock take to ensure targets are achieved
- Follow all Christian Dior procedures regarding garment protection, stockroom housekeeping, and security tagging
- Ensure all stock is appropriately security tagged to prevent theft
- Take all necessary actions to maintain stock safety and security
- Perform additional duties as directed by the Management team
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of operations or inventory management experience
- High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented mindset
- Proactive with demonstrated initiative
