Role & Responsibilities
- Arrange all client shipments with meticulous timeline management and tracking documentation for audit purposes
- Verify order accuracy and follow consignment procedures (pick, pack, send) with precision
- Track press pulls and maintain performance metrics with high accuracy
- Serve as liaison between operational and sales teams to streamline departmental workflows
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure all clients receive the highest service standards
- Promote retail services and After-Sales Service offerings across the boutique
- Support back-of-house department operations and contribute to business development initiatives
