Christian Dior Couture seeks an Operations Associate in Short Hills, NJ — full-time onsite, $20–$23/hr plus benefits and bonus eligibility.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process all shipping and receiving activities accurately, including inbound freight, returns-to-vendor (RTV), transfers, chargebacks and damage handling according to Company policies.
- Maintain an orderly, secure and compliant stockroom and receiving area; ensure merchandise is ticketed, sensored and security‑tagged to prevent loss.
- Participate in inventory management activities including cycle counts and full inventory audits; reconcile discrepancies and communicate with central distribution or corporate inventory control.
- Support floor moves, merchandising updates, display maintenance, housekeeping and price changes as required to preserve boutique standards.
- Assist with customer packing and wrapping when necessary and help resolve operational issues to improve receiving area productivity.
- Adhere strictly to company policies on security, record‑keeping, safekeeping of funds/property and personnel practices, and attend required store meetings and trainings.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in retail stock, shipping/receiving, inventory control or related store operations.
- Demonstrated ability to handle merchandise properly and operate receiving functions with accuracy and attention to loss‑prevention.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with excellent organization and follow‑through.
- Capacity to read, count and produce accurate documentation and to process merchandise through a computer inventory system.
- Flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed and the physical ability to lift, move and handle boxes and fixtures.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail stock, shipping/receiving or inventory control experience in a fast‑paced store environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; postsecondary coursework or certification in logistics, retail operations or supply‑chain fundamentals is advantageous.
