Christian Dior Couture seeks an Operations Associate in Los Cabos to manage receiving, stock and inventory control for the boutique.

Role & Responsibilities
- Accurately record and process all store shipments and receipts that affect inventory, ensuring timely and correct registration of inbound and outbound merchandise.
- Maintain stockroom and receiving areas in an orderly, clean state; ensure merchandise is correctly labelled and secured with required security devices.
- Process incoming merchandise, returns to vendor (RTV), chargebacks, transfers and damaged-goods procedures in accordance with company policies.
- Support adherence to reception and inventory-control practices, including safekeeping of company property, cash handling practices where applicable, security and recording procedures.
- Verify that stock carries appropriate security tags or devices to mitigate shrinkage and prevent losses.
- Liaise with the distribution centre and corporate inventory-control teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure inventory integrity.
- Participate in full-store inventories and cyclical counts; reconcile variances and assist in investigative follow-up.
- Support floor moves, merchandising changes, upkeep of displays and routine housekeeping activities to maintain boutique standards.
- Execute in-store price changes and assist with customer packaging/wrapping when required.
- Contribute to problem-solving initiatives and propose operational improvements to enhance service and receiving productivity.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures; attend store meetings and training sessions as required; carry out additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in retail stock, receiving or shipping operations.
- Proven ability to operate inventory control systems and telephone systems for transactional processing and communication.
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills sufficient to complete receiving documentation accurately.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
- Physical ability to remain standing for extended periods and to lift, move and handle boxes, fixtures and displays.
- Flexible availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail experience in stockroom/receiving/shipping operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics, retail operations or a related field preferred.
