Role & Responsibilities
- Arrange all client shipments with respect to timelines and tracking documentation for audit purposes
- Ensure complete order accuracy and verify all details before dispatch
- Execute consignment procedures systematically, including pick, pack, and send protocols
- Track press pulls and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Serve as liaison between operational and sales teams
- Promote retail services across the boutique
- Support back-of-house department operations
- Ensure accurate performance tracking and reporting
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain client confidentiality
- Act as brand ambassador for Christian Dior, supporting boutique targets
