Christian Dior Couture seeks a full-time Operations Associate in London (Harrods) to manage client shipments, omni-channel fulfilment and after-sales operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end client shipments—pick, pack, dispatch—and maintain tracking records to ensure timely delivery and auditability.
- Verify order accuracy and ensure all consignment procedures are followed precisely.
- Serve as the operational liaison between the sales floor and back-of-house, supporting sales teams and external partners.
- Support omni-channel fulfilment and after-sales processes, including returns, repairs and customer enquiries.
- Monitor and report on department performance metrics and assist with continuous improvement initiatives.
- Track press pulls and other media-related shipments, ensuring correct handling and documentation.
- Promote RS services across the boutique and ensure consistent execution of departmental procedures.
- Provide back-of-house support to maximise boutique performance and assist with ad hoc operational tasks.
- Treat all customer data with the utmost confidentiality and sensitivity, complying with data protection standards.
- Attend team meetings and contribute constructively to operational and commercial discussions.
- Undertake additional duties as directed by the Management Team to support store targets and client experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in retail operations, logistics or customer-facing roles—preferably within luxury fashion.
- Proven ability to manage shipping, consignment and order-fulfilment workflows with high accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-service mindset.
- Demonstrable attention to detail and strong organisational capability.
- Proactive, self-motivated approach with sound problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative team player comfortable working in a high-paced boutique environment.

Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in retail operations, logistics or luxury client service, with demonstrable exposure to order fulfilment and after-sales processes.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary qualification in business, retail, logistics or fashion retail preferred.
