Christian Dior Couture seeks a full-time Operations Associate in London (Harrods) to manage client shipments, omnichannel fulfilment and customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch client shipments on schedule, maintaining tracking records for audit and customer communication.
- Ensure absolute order accuracy and adherence to consignment procedures (pick, pack, send).
- Manage omnichannel fulfilment and liaise with external partners to guarantee seamless deliveries.
- Track press pulls and maintain inventory and performance metrics for back‑of‑house operations.
- Act as a conduit between operations and sales teams to support client service and commercial objectives.
- Support customer service and after‑sales processes to uphold Maison standards and client confidentiality.
- Promote RS services across the boutique and assist in developing business getter initiatives.
- Contribute to team meetings and undertake additional duties as directed by management to maximise boutique performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in retail operations, logistics or client services, preferably within luxury retail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client‑focused approach.
- Proven accuracy, attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures.
- Proactive problem‑solver with a collaborative team orientation.
- Legal right to work in the UK and ability to work full time (40 hours/week, Monday–Sunday).

Experience
At least 3 years' relevant experience in retail operations, logistics or client services, with a preference for candidates from luxury fashion or high‑end retail environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business, retail management or logistics is advantageous.
