Christian Dior Couture, Atlanta, GA – Operations Associate role managing inventory, stock, and receiving operations for luxury boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of all shipping, receiving, and inventory functions affecting store stock levels
- Maintain an orderly, secure stock and receiving area with proper merchandise ticketing and security sensor application
- Process inbound freight, returns-to-vendors, chargebacks, transfers, and damages in accordance with company policies
- Participate in inventory and cycle counts to verify stock accuracy
- Support compliance with receiving practices, company policies, and security protocols
- Assist with floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping activities
- Facilitate price changes and merchandise packing or wrapping as necessary
- Communicate proactively with central distribution and corporate inventory control departments
- Contribute suggestions and solutions to enhance receiving area service and productivity
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant operations, inventory, or warehouse management experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of inventory control procedures and stock management systems
- Understanding of retail operations and compliance with company policies
- Ability to work on-site and perform physical duties related to stock handling
- Attention to detail and organizational proficiency

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, inventory management, warehouse, or retail receiving functions.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in inventory management or warehouse operations is advantageous.
