Christian Dior Couture: Full-time Operations and Administrative Intern at London Head Office supporting Northern Europe retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and audit various data outputs including stock movements, transactions, and procedure-based activity analysis
- Assist in monthly controls and commercial analysis on stocktakes and cycle counts, including month-end closure activities
- Support the Operations Manager during monthly store visits to ensure adherence to Dior store Handbook procedures
- Assist in the development and implementation of store Handbook training and internal control rules and compliance procedures
- Support the Operations Manager with annual inventory preparation and provide on-site assistance during inventory days
Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Analytical mindset and background
- Strong organizational and logistical thinking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Experience
Beginner level; no prior experience required, though retail, operations, or administrative background is beneficial.
Education
Current or recent enrollment in a relevant discipline such as business administration, operations management, or retail management is preferred.
