Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the North America MOP team on strategic transformation projects focused on DTC acceleration for the United States and Canada, ensuring alignment with global strategy and appropriate local adaptation.
  • Monitor DTC performance (dior.com and boutiques) and identify continuous‑improvement levers from sell‑out data and client feedback.
  • Contribute to the elevation of the customer experience across e‑commerce touchpoints through improved content, visuals, masterclasses and differentiated service offers.
  • Coordinate deployment of customer experience initiatives with North America local teams, including in‑store masterclasses, events and service roadmaps.
  • Support development and go‑to‑market acceleration for Premium / High‑Value collections as strategic growth levers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Prestige and ODV franchises, their business challenges and growth potential in the North America market.
  • Help optimise operational efficiency across the zone by identifying local priorities, improving POSM forecasting reliability and participating in dedicated working groups.
  • Contribute to implementation of action plans and cross‑functional initiatives to ensure consistent brand experience and retail performance.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree from a business school or equivalent university qualification; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
  • Initial exposure to commercial development, retail, marketing or customer‑experience projects in an international context.
  • Professional level of written and spoken English is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical rigour, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to synthesise performance data into actionable recommendations.
  • Proven ability to work transversally with diverse stakeholders across markets and functions; collaborative mindset.
  • Marked interest in the fashion and luxury sectors.

Experience

Entry‑level — recent graduate with first professional experience or internships in retail, DTC/e‑commerce, marketing or customer experience within an international environment.

Education

Master's degree (Grande École or equivalent university degree) preferred.
