LVMH Beauty Iberia | Operational Marketing Intern | Madrid, Spain – 6-month internship supporting beauty & perfume launches and e-commerce campaigns.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the creation of product launch presentations, materials, and translations
- Monitor and coordinate product launches with relevant departments to ensure successful implementation
- Control and track product demonstrations and samples across the market
- Manage and distribute updates to wholesale partners and sales representatives
- Coordinate market requests and ensure proper departmental liaison
- Prepare delivery notes, price lists, and supporting documentation
- Develop in-store activation and animation support materials
- Monitor and coordinate promotional activations aligned with sales objectives
- Assist headquarters with launch reporting, competitive analysis, and 360° campaign tracking
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commercial Management, Advertising, or related discipline
- Fluent Portuguese (native or equivalent) and fluent English (C1 level)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail
- Knowledge of digital trends and e-commerce platforms
- Affinity for the luxury beauty and perfume sector
- Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
- Capacity to commit to at least six months full-time internship with university agreement

Experience
Beginner-level experience; prior professional exposure to e-retail, digital marketing, or marketing operations is advantageous but not required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commercial Management, Advertising, or related field. Master's degree in Digital Marketing is highly valued.
