Parfums Christian Dior seeks an Operational Marketing Assistant intern in Neuilly-sur-Seine to support China market launches and activations for January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the operational implementation of product launches and seasonal activations
- Monitor and supervise all phases (preparation, maximization, follow-up) of S1 2027 projects and launches
- Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and performance evaluation of product ranges and launches
- Act as the primary point of contact between Central Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Communications teams regarding China market initiatives
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed Master's level education (Bac +4/5) in business, marketing, or related discipline
- Fluency in English, French, and Mandarin Chinese (mandatory)
- Demonstrated passion for the fragrance and beauty sector
- Prior significant experience in fragrance, cosmetics, or luxury marketing preferred

Entry-level candidate or recent graduate; ideally with one or more prior internships or professional experiences in the fragrance, cosmetics, or luxury goods sector.
Education
Master's level education (Bac +4/5) in business administration, marketing, international relations, or equivalent discipline, preferably from a recognized business school.
