Parfums Christian Dior in Orléans seeks an Operational Excellence Project Manager to lead Lean transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and analyze operational processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities across production, logistics, and supply chain functions
- Deploy and pilot continuous improvement methodologies including Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (DMAIC, A3), Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kanban, and SMED
- Lead end-to-end optimization projects from analysis through implementation and results tracking, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Facilitate organizational change across all hierarchy levels by aligning teams around improvement objectives, managing resistance to change, and fostering a culture of operational excellence
- Develop team capabilities through training and coaching on continuous improvement tools and principles, embedding best practices across the organization
- Define, establish, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure impact of improvement initiatives and ensure sustainability of gains
- Contribute to the strategic operational excellence roadmap and identify improvement priorities aligned with Parfums Christian Dior's strategic direction
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in Industrial Engineering, Production Systems, Continuous Improvement, Quality, or Supply Chain
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in a similar operational excellence or continuous improvement role
- Proven expertise in continuous improvement methodologies with strong analytical capabilities to synthesize complex data and deliver strategic insights
- Experience in coordinating and/or managing cross-functional teams and leading organizational change initiatives
- Demonstrable expertise in managing complex, transversal projects with pedagogical skills to drive adoption and knowledge transfer
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills with natural leadership presence and ability to mobilize talent across organizational levels

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, or process optimization, ideally within an industrial environment such as cosmetics, automotive, aeronautics, or manufacturing. Experience leading cross-functional teams and implementing organizational change is essential.
Education
Bachelor of Engineering degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in Industrial Engineering, Production Systems Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Quality, or Supply Chain Management. A specialized Master's degree or third-cycle diploma in Operational Excellence is valued.
