Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, build, maintain and distribute omnichannel performance reports and automated dashboards (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for boutiques, regional and corporate teams.
  • Monitor and analyze key KPIs — revenue, penetration, rejection rate, average order value (AOV) and fulfillment efficiency — to drive adoption and improve client experience.
  • Support end‑to‑end execution of omnichannel projects from pilot through rollout and hyper care, coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders (boutiques, IT, Supply Chain, Client Service Center, Retail Ops and HQ).
  • Execute and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new services including payments, checkout flows and logistics workflows.
  • Maintain and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for order management, returns/refunds, packaging and delivery; act as primary point of contact for product sourcing of eCommerce and omnichannel orders.
  • Implement inventory control updates in line with inventory ownership, marketing calendar, key launches, product lifecycles and merchandising guidelines.
  • Provide operational support during peak seasons and new boutique openings; coordinate with Sales Advisors to ensure compliance with operational standards.
  • Prepare executive business reviews and presentations; deliver data‑driven recommendations to management and cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project management, retail operations, e‑commerce or performance analysis; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for reporting, data modelling and dashboard automation.
  • Demonstrated experience with UAT, SOP documentation and operational rollouts in a retail or omnichannel context.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with meticulous attention to data quality and KPI interpretation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present findings to executive audiences and drive cross‑functional follow‑through.

Experience
