LVMH Beauty seeks an Office Assistant in Prague for temporary role supporting Eastern European operations across Czech, Slovak, Hungarian markets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute back office administrative tasks including postal management, invoicing flows, document scanning and archiving, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Manage monthly reconciliations of expenses, vehicle usage, and holiday records
  • Process HR-related administrative functions including attendance tracking, benefits administration, and employment documentation
  • Oversee office warehouse operations for point-of-sale materials (POSM), including inventory tracking, stock movements, and documentation
  • Execute retailer incentive programs and PR gift distribution initiatives
  • Create and manage purchase orders (PO) in the SAP system
  • Maintain systematic organization of office operations and coordinate with external suppliers
