Role & Responsibilities

• Assist the Occupational Physician and contribute to the organisation and operation of the Workplace Health Service (SST)
• Conduct Information and Prevention Visits (VIP) within established protocols and based on knowledge of workplace positions
• Perform biometric examinations and complementary examinations prescribed by the Occupational Physician
• Ensure follow-up of the Occupational Physician's recommendations regarding individual measures and workplace adjustments
• Provide nursing care and emergency interventions with responsiveness under written medical protocols following workplace accidents or illness
• Ensure prompt declaration of workplace and commute accidents and their transmission to HR services
• Contribute to occupational risk prevention through workstation studies and in-depth site visits, offering recommendations for individual and collective prevention
• Ensure traceability of exposures (physical, chemical, psycho-social) in medical records by cross-referencing workplace risk assessments and employee feedback
• Attend CSSCT (Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee) meetings as invited
• Participate in developing the company profile and the Occupational Physician's annual activity report
• Contribute to root cause analysis of workplace accidents in liaison with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Service
• Maintain medical files (paper and digital), ensuring proper archiving and transfer when necessary
• Update and monitor Workplace Health Service indicators as requested by the Occupational Physician
• Manage medical pharmacy, medical equipment, and first aid cabinets in coordination with workplace first aid providers
• Organise awareness and prevention campaigns (tobacco, alcohol, drugs, etc.) following Occupational Physician approval
• Participate in implementing prevention, vaccination, and public health campaigns
• Conduct epidemiological surveys and statistical analyses to improve risk awareness and management

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of occupational health experience
• Diploma in Occupational Health (DIUST) preferred
• Knowledge of occupational health regulations and workplace health service procedures
• Proficiency in emergency protocols and employee medical monitoring protocols
• Expertise in workplace safety rules and first aid
• Proficiency in performing complementary examinations (audiometry, vision tests, biometry, spirometry)
• Knowledge of hygiene rules, aseptic techniques, and work-related pathologies
• Knowledge of health education principles
• Proficiency with digital tools (Microsoft Office / Office 365); familiarity with uEGAR occupational health software preferred
• Professional discretion and respect for medical confidentiality
• Empathetic, reassuring, and positive communication skills with strong pedagogical abilities
• Adaptability in crisis and emergency situations with capacity for initiative
• Strong commitment to continuous improvement
• Reliability, consistency, and punctuality

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of occupational health nursing experience, ideally with exposure to diverse workplace environments and health surveillance programmes.

Education

Bachelor-level nursing qualification (Diplôme d'État d'Infirmier); Diploma in Occupational Health (DIUST) or equivalent occupational health certification preferred.
