Christian Dior Couture, Paris: Occupational Health Nurse (full-time CDI) to join the Workplace Health Department and support employee wellness.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Occupational Physician and contribute to organizing Workplace Health Service activities and operations
- Conduct Information and Prevention Visits (VIP) within established medical protocols and based on documented workplace assessments
- Perform biometric examinations and complementary health screening tests prescribed by the Occupational Physician
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Occupational Physician recommendations regarding individual measures and workplace accommodations
- Provide emergency nursing care and first aid following workplace accidents or illness, operating under established written medical protocols
- Declare and transmit workplace and commute accidents to Human Resources with appropriate urgency
- Contribute to occupational risk prevention by conducting detailed workstation assessments and site visits, formulating recommendations for individual and collective prevention measures
- Maintain documented traceability of employee exposures (physical, chemical, psychosocial) in medical records, cross-referencing occupational risk assessment data and employee feedback
- Attend Health and Safety Committee meetings as required
- Participate in developing occupational health documentation including the company profile and annual medical activity reports
- Participate in root-cause analysis of workplace accidents in coordination with the Health, Safety and Environment team
- Ensure maintenance, filing, and secure transfer of medical records (paper and digital formats)
- Monitor and update occupational health service indicators as requested by the Occupational Physician
- Oversee pharmacy inventory, medical equipment management, and first-aid supplies in liaison with workplace first-aiders
- Organize awareness and prevention campaigns (tobacco, alcohol, substance abuse, etc.) following Occupational Physician validation
- Participate in vaccination, prevention, and public health initiatives
- Support epidemiological surveys and statistical analysis to enhance risk identification and management
Qualifications
- Occupational Health Nursing qualification (Diplôme d'Infirmier de Santé au Travail – DIUST) preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of French occupational health legislation and regulatory requirements
- Mastery of workplace health service operational procedures, emergency protocols, and medical follow-up protocols
- Proficiency in site-specific safety protocols and first aid techniques
- Competence in administering complementary health examinations (audiometry, visual screening, biometric assessment, spirometry, etc.)
- Knowledge of occupational pathologies, hygiene standards, and asepsis principles
- Expertise in health education and employee wellness promotion
- Proficiency in medical record management systems and digital traceability
- Competence in Microsoft Office suite and Office 365; familiarity with uEGAR occupational health software is advantageous
- Commitment to strict professional confidentiality and discretion
- Strong interpersonal skills with capacity for empathetic, reassuring, and positive employee engagement
- Pedagogical abilities suitable for first-aid instruction and health education delivery

Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of occupational health experience; 2–5 years is ideally sought. Prior experience in a workplace health service environment is essential, with demonstrated competency in occupational health protocols and emergency response procedures.
Education
Nursing diploma with occupational health specialization (Diplôme d'Infirmier de Santé au Travail – DIUST) is preferred. Secondary qualification in occupational health nursing or equivalent vocational training is required.
