Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage medical emergencies and routine nursing care, documenting all actions in the medical software.
  • Handle workplace and commuting accidents, ensuring proper documentation and communication with HR and Safety departments.
  • Participate in relevant meetings such as CSSCT, employment retention, and safety services.
  • Conduct workplace studies and field visits.
  • Perform nursing interviews and health assessments, including visual tests, ECGs, spirometry, and audiograms.
  • Develop and update protocols related to health activities.
  • Conduct blood and urine tests for exposure to hazardous substances.
  • Contribute to the annual activity report.
  • Ensure traceability of exposures in medical records and participate in accident analysis and prevention planning.
  • Train Workplace First Responders in risk prevention.
  • Organize and conduct national health awareness campaigns.
  • Assist in epidemiological and statistical surveys.

Qualifications

  • State Registered Nurse with DIUST or a Professional License in Health and Social Sciences.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in occupational health.

Skills

Teamwork and collaboration skills. Autonomy in medical orientations and general service management. Strong interpersonal skills with discretion and confidentiality. Pragmatic with initiative and adaptability. Versatility in liaising with HR, social services, and safety departments. Application of safety regulations, including ATEX standards.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in occupational health is required.

Education

State Registered Nurse with DIUST or a Professional License in Health and Social Sciences.
