Parfums Christian Dior (Neuilly‑sur‑Seine): Network & Security Manager at LVMH Beauty Tech to lead global network, security and automation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own operational continuity, performance and security of global network and connectivity services (LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, telecoms, Internet, ToIP).
- Lead day‑to‑day administration, incident management and maintenance to ensure high availability, resilience and service quality across regions.
- Coordinate regional teams, external partners and telecom operators to deliver a consistent global service level.
- Oversee major incident response, post‑incident reviews and continuous improvement plans for complex network and security issues.
- Define and drive the roadmap for network and security projects, ensuring delivery on time, budget and expected quality.
- Manage vendor selection processes, formalise requirements and govern partner performance in accordance with group standards and contracts.
- Design and execute an automation and standardisation strategy (Network as Code) across on‑premise and cloud environments to increase reliability, traceability and deployment speed.
- Supervise integration of automation pipelines between domain tooling, network/security solutions and telecom operators.
- Prepare and manage the domain budget (CapEx and OpEx), identify cost optimisation opportunities and control financial commitments.
- Lead, develop and coordinate Network & Security teams (central and regional), promoting skills development in architecture, security and automation.
- Champion cross‑functional collaboration with Security, Cloud, Workplace and Applications teams and maintain active technology watch to evolve solutions and services.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years' experience in network and security engineering, including responsibility for global infrastructures.
- Proven experience managing technical teams and multi‑vendor/outsourced delivery across regions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to align teams around a clear target vision and operational discipline.
- Deep expertise in network architectures (LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, Internet, ToIP) and associated security controls (segmentation, filtering, WAF, TLS inspection, certificate management).
- Demonstrable track record of implementing automation and industrialisation initiatives (Network as Code).
- Experience running complex projects and vendor engagements within large, international organisations.
- Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills; able to explain technical choices pedagogically.
- Fluent English.

Minimum 10 years' progressive experience in network and security engineering with responsibility for global infrastructure, including people management and multi‑region projects.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent; advanced degree or professional certifications in networking/security preferred.
