Parfums Christian Dior (LVMH) in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine seeks a Network & Security Domain Manager to lead global network infrastructure and security.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure global availability, performance, resilience and security of LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, telecom and connectivity services across corporate, retail, industrial and logistics environments.
- Operate, administer and maintain network and security infrastructures to keep services in an operational state and to meet agreed SLAs.
- Coordinate regional teams and external partners/operators to deliver a consistent global level of service.
- Lead incident response for major incidents, drive root-cause analysis and oversee corrective and continuous-improvement plans.
- Define and execute projects to implement, evolve and transform network and security infrastructures, ensuring delivery on time, budget and quality.
- Organise, plan and coordinate contributions from internal teams, regions and external suppliers during project delivery.
- Define and drive an automation and standardisation roadmap for on‑premise and cloud network/security infrastructures, including Network as Code practices.
- Supervise integration of automation pipelines between toolbox, network/security solutions and telecom operators.
- Prepare, manage and monitor CapEx and OpEx budgets for the domain; identify cost optimisation levers and ensure rigorous financial governance.
- Lead, develop and coordinate the Network & Security organisation centrally and regionally, fostering skill development, operational excellence and cross‑domain collaboration.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in network and security engineering and operations, with demonstrated management responsibility.
- Proven leadership and team-management skills; ability to engage, motivate and develop distributed teams (central and regional).
- Strong culture of automation and industrialisation of network infrastructures; experience implementing Network as Code.
- Track record of delivering large-scale technical projects and managing external suppliers and telecom operators.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; experience working closely with Security, Cloud, Workplace, Applications and business stakeholders.
- Solid knowledge of networking and telecommunications fundamentals (LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, Internet, ToIP) and associated security mechanisms (segmentation, service/protocol filtering, application filtering, WAF, TLS inspection).
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years' experience in network and security, including leadership of teams and delivery of global infrastructure projects.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Network Engineering or a related discipline; Master's degree or advanced technical certification preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
