Dior Perfumes & Cosmetics seeks National Account Manager in London to drive retail partnerships and category growth in luxury beauty.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year vision and strategy for assigned retailers in partnership with the Senior Commercial Manager, with annual review and recalibration as needed
- Recommend annual budgets and commercial plans aligned to strategic objectives; negotiate retail tactics including trade marketing support, distribution strategies, and staffing levels
- Monitor trading results (retail sales, gross sales, net sales, stock levels, returns, days sales outstanding) on a monthly and quarterly basis, identifying performance gaps and proposing solutions in-flight
- Drive P&L enhancement for assigned retailers through rigorous budget management and quarterly spend reviews against targets
- Forecast inventory requirements for new product launches; present compelling commercial narratives to secure appropriate sell-in; manage ongoing stock optimization and out-of-stock resolution
- Authorize return goods authorizations (RGAs) and maintain accuracy of RGA logs
- Serve as primary contact for all retailer communications; collaborate with Finance to monitor payment performance and escalate overdue accounts
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and projects to drive business performance, coordinating activity across retailers and internal functions
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury goods, cosmetics, or selective retail
- Strong background in makeup category with demonstrable commercial success and sell-through achievements
- Graduate-level education
- Fluent in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Sound understanding of the luxury goods sector and luxury consumer behavior
- Personal affinity with the Dior brand and product portfolio
