Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Merchandising Project Manager in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France to oversee retail visual merchandising strategy and execution across global markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and recommend annual visual merchandising plans by region according to the brand's marketing calendar and strategic priorities
- Elaborate visual merchandising update guidelines for points of sale (lightboxes, outposts, video loops) and provide ongoing support to local markets
- Prepare and oversee updates to planogrammes in accordance with marketing calendars and brand priorities, creating operational guidelines for implementation
- Lead the development phase of new permanent merchandising concepts in collaboration with VM, architecture, operational marketing, and product development teams
- Manage optimization projects for existing permanent merchandising with key stakeholders including development marketing, visual merchandising, procurement, and planning
- Conduct field monitoring and market surveillance to ensure execution compliance and identify enhancement opportunities
- Create guidelines for premium customer experiences within retail environments including key spaces (fitting rooms, alcoves), premium events, and consultations
- Oversee the menu of merchandising elements and services (testers, towels, cotton pads) to maintain premium standards

- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within beauty, luxury, or premium consumer goods
