Dior seeks Merchandising Project Manager in Neuilly-sur-Seine to drive wholesale strategy and point-of-sale excellence across France's retail network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Capture market briefs and needs from the French wholesale market
- Define and execute merchandising strategy for the French wholesale channel
- Forecast merchandising material requirements and manage inventory of permanent displays
- Develop France-specific point-of-sale marketing materials (PLV) aligned with brand guidelines
- Create and implement planograms and space optimization recommendations for retail partners
- Train sales teams through weekly newsletters, seminars, and in-store presentations
- Organize and coordinate point-of-sale installations across retail locations via external vendors and internal teams
- Maintain and analyze the wholesale retail partner database for France
- Manage after-sales customer service issues related to merchandising materials
- Conduct competitive analysis and continuous process improvement
- Build, track, and optimize annual wholesale merchandising budgets
- Present merchandising strategies to France executive team and sales forces at seminars
- Serve as primary merchandising liaison for retail partners
Qualifications
- BAC+5 qualification or equivalent commercial school degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in merchandising or retail marketing
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with IWD Merchandising software (preferred)
- Demonstrated expertise in luxury sector PLV development and technical specifications
- Data analysis capabilities and market reporting proficiency
- Creative sensibility combined with operational rigor
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience within a similar merchandising function, preferably in luxury perfumery retail. Strong affinity for field-based retail operations with proven technical knowledge of point-of-sale marketing material development in the luxury sector.
Education
Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) or equivalent from a recognized university or business school.
