Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Merchandising Project Manager in Neuilly-sur-Seine to lead global point-of-sale excellence and brand cohesion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and recommend the annual visual merchandising plan by region, aligned with marketing calendars and brand strategic priorities
- Create and disseminate VM element update guidelines (lightboxes, outposts, video loops) to markets, with ongoing local market support
- Prepare briefs for planogram updates in accordance with marketing calendars and brand priorities; develop implementation guidelines for market teams
- Lead the development phase of new permanent merchandising concepts in collaboration with VM, architecture, and marketing departments
- Drive optimization projects for existing permanent merchandising through stakeholder coordination (product development, VM, procurement, planning)
- Conduct field monitoring and market surveillance to ensure standards compliance and identify enhancement opportunities
- Create guidelines for key point-of-sale customer experiences including dedicated spaces (fitting cabins, alcoves) and premium events
- Manage the merchandising elements and services menu (testers, linens, cotton products, etc.)
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of professional experience in retail, merchandising, visual merchandising, or marketing, preferably in beauty, luxury, or premium consumer goods
- Mastery of retail and visual merchandising principles at point-of-sale
- Demonstrated experience creating, updating, and optimizing planograms
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects in international and multicultural environments
- Capability to develop operational guidelines and oversee their deployment across markets
- Strong collaboration and teamwork competencies
- Excellent interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
