Role & Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive merchandising strategies for the market and define product mix for ready-to-wear and shoes categories
- Build seasonal buying strategy and product assortment plans to achieve targeted sales projections and sell-through objectives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to make key decisions on open-to-buy budget and deliver strategic decisions aligned with brand guidelines
- Consolidate constructive feedback on product and collection performance across categories
- Collaborate with supply chain team to create allocation plans, ensure optimal stock flow, and maximize sales opportunities across seasons
- Create and analyze regular reports to propose appropriate actions and commercial insights across categories
- Work closely with retail teams to deliver clear product strategies and maximize sales and sell-through performance in line with global guidelines
- Coordinate with visual merchandising team on product launches, new store openings, events, and monthly floor-set execution
- Partner with training teams to deliver product insights for clienteling and sales excellence
