Christian Dior Couture seeks Merchandising Manager for South Asia based in Singapore to drive Men's Ready-to-Wear and Accessories strategy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop seasonal buy strategies through sales analysis, product strategy development, and opportunity identification in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Create balanced product assortment strategies aligned with sales projections and sell-through targets while adhering to brand guidelines
- Build initial allocation strategies for seasonal and permanent products to maximize sales and achieve sell-through goals
- Partner with Supply Chain to ensure optimal stock flow and inventory management across the region
- Collaborate with Retail and E-Commerce teams to deliver clear product strategies and maximize sales performance in line with global guidelines
- Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly sales reports to identify trends and propose corrective actions for overall business and seasonal collections
- Coordinate with Visual Merchandising teams on product launches, new store openings, and event activations
- Develop product training materials in partnership with Training teams to support retail operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Merchandising or Buying
- Proven luxury retail or fashion house experience
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong knowledge of local fashion market dynamics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence key decision-makers
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in Merchandising or Buying, with luxury retail or fashion house background strongly preferred. Demonstrated expertise in seasonal buy planning, in-season product management, and cross-functional collaboration within a luxury environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
