Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as primary liaison between Vietnam boutiques and the Regional Merchandising team, ensuring synchronization of assortment, allocations and collection cadence.
  • Analyze sales performance and customer buying behavior to inform assortment decisions, Open-To-Buy proposals and replenishment strategies.
  • Manage stock transfers and boutique requests to optimise availability and sales conversion; consolidate boutique requests and follow up with sender countries.
  • Coordinate product replenishment and allocation with Regional Team, monitor stock levels by product line and propose action plans to reach optimal inventory.
  • Oversee inventory control activities including monitoring physical inventory counts, reconciling discrepancies and supporting monthly stock-taking for audit purposes.
  • Track delivery schedules and shipment status for assigned product lines; report on product quality and defective items.
  • Support new product launches: provide merchandising support, assist in product training for retail teams, and ensure effective in-store implementation.
  • Generate and maintain order maps and prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales, merchandising issues and recommended corrective actions.
  • Monitor retail KPIs and coordinate incentive initiatives to boost boutique performance.

Qualifications

  • University degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a merchandising function within luxury retail or a closely related service industry.
  • Proven track record in inventory management, allocation and stock reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with customs and tax regulations affecting cross-border merchandise movements.
  • Strong analytical capability and commercial acumen with experience producing sales and assortment reports.
