Christian Dior Couture in Singapore seeks a Merchandising Intern (Jul–Dec 2026) for a hybrid internship supporting sales analysis and stock management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the generation and maintenance of merchandising reports to inform business decisions and seasonal planning.
- Perform sell‑through analysis and monitor inventory performance; recommend actionable plans to maximise sell‑through and reduce ageing stock.
- Coordinate stock requests and transfers across categories to optimise availability and replenishment.
- Assist in organising and delivering seasonal product training in partnership with Training and Retail teams.
- Gather qualitative product feedback from boutique teams to feed into assortment and merchandising decisions.
- Conduct ad‑hoc market and competitor product/pricing research to support assortment and pricing discussions.
- Contribute to cross‑functional coordination between merchandising, retail and operations to ensure seamless execution of merchandising actions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, Merchandising, Retail Management or a related discipline (students on placement schemes encouraged to apply).
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to prioritise under deadlines.
- Analytical aptitude with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective engagement with retail and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Beginner — no professional experience required. Previous internships or part‑time roles in retail, merchandising, or fashion analytics are advantageous but not mandatory.
