Christian Dior Couture seeks a Merchandising Intern in Seoul to support Women's product operations, data management, and market research.
Role & Responsibilities
- Download and prepare raw data from internal systems for weekly report updates and sales analysis
- Prepare and update the map book on a weekly and seasonal basis, ensuring product information, image alignment, and categorization remain accurate and current
- Collect and monitor market and product updates from competitors to support ongoing market research and trend analysis
- Extract and organize raw data to support local inventory rebalancing
- Support the preparation of seasonal product training materials, including the update of local retail prices and order quantities
- Track and dispatch TS samples to boutiques to ensure timely availability of collection pieces for scheduled events
- Consolidate boutique feedback on product performance and customer preferences to provide local market insights
- Assist with stock movements upon visual merchandising requests to support seasonal launches or floor-sets
- Support day-to-day operational tasks to ensure seamless coordination within the merchandising team
Qualifications
- University graduate or above in Business Administration or a fashion-related discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Bilingual communication skills in Korean and English, written and verbal

Entry-level; beginner-level professional experience acceptable. Career aspiration to grow within merchandising operations required.
Education
University graduate or above in Business Administration or a fashion-related major.
