Christian Dior Couture seeks a Merchandising Intern in Seoul to support Men’s merchandising with data management, market research and seasonal launches.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cleanse raw data extracted from internal systems for weekly sales reports and ad‑hoc analysis to support the Men’s Merchandising team.
  • Maintain and update the weekly and seasonal map book, ensuring product information, imagery alignment and categorization are accurate and current.
  • Monitor competitor product and market updates to support trend analysis and local market intelligence.
  • Extract and organise data to support local inventory rebalancing and stock movements, coordinating with boutiques and Visual Merchandising as required.
  • Support preparation of seasonal product training materials, including updates to local retail prices and recommended order quantities.
  • Manage TS sample tracking and dispatch to boutiques to ensure timely availability for events and launches.
  • Consolidate boutique feedback on product performance and customer preferences to inform local buying and merchandising decisions.
  • Provide day‑to‑day operational support to ensure seamless coordination within the Merchandising (MD) team.

Qualifications

  • University graduate or above in Business Administration or a fashion‑related discipline.
  • Aspiration to build a career within Merchandising (MD) and the ability to work on rotational or project tasks.
  • Proactive, highly organized, and detail‑oriented with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal coordination and reporting.
