Christian Dior Couture in Munich seeks a Merchandising Intern for a 6-month, full-time internship supporting Central & Eastern Europe.
Role & Responsibilities
- Produce weekly and monthly sales reports across all product categories for the Central & Eastern Europe region.
- Monitor and analyse daily sales performance to identify trends, risks and growth opportunities.
- Support store stock requests and rebalance inventory according to boutique performance metrics.
- Coordinate and follow up on product transfers within the market (DE, AT, CH, PL, CZ) and across Europe.
- Provide market-level feedback on collections and boutique performance to inform merchandising decisions.
- Support retail operations initiatives aimed at increasing sales turnover.
- Prepare materials for buying sessions, including sales reports, forecasting tools and presentations for Store Managers.
Qualifications
- University studies in merchandising, business administration, economics or a related field (Bachelor level preferred).
- First analytical experience — internship or entry-level role in retail merchandising, business analysis or similar.
- Strong quantitative rigour and an analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills and a proactive, learning-oriented attitude.
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
