Parfums Christian Dior in Capelle aan den IJssel seeks a Merchandising Intern (on-site) to support Benelux merchandising, planograms and in-store activations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Merchandising Manager Benelux and contribute to the Trade & Merchandising Benelux team's daily operations.
  • Assist in creating and implementing local merchandising creative briefs and visual updates in strict accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate merchandising event initiatives such as podiums, pop-ups and in-store activations.
  • Manage supplier communications and follow up on maintenance requests and local productions.
  • Prepare bi-monthly merchandising guidelines and distribution files for field teams.
  • Execute and coordinate dissemination of the latest merchandising planograms to all points of sale.
  • Support merchandising execution for new product launches and associated visual rollouts.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Communication, Business, Visual Merchandising or a related field.
  • Able to commit to a 6-month, full-time, on-site internship.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
  • Strong eye for detail with the ability to respect and apply strict brand guidelines.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and suppliers.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Creative sensibility and an understanding of retail aesthetics and luxury presentation.

Experience

Entry-level internship: designed for current students with limited professional experience; prior exposure to retail visual merchandising or internships in luxury retail is advantageous but not required.
