Parfums Christian Dior seeks Merchandising Intern in Brussels to support visual merchandising across Benelux luxury retail network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and adaptation of local merchandising creative briefs, visual updates, and planograms
- Support the coordination and execution of local merchandising initiatives including podiums, pop-ups, and in-store activations
- Collaborate with external suppliers to manage and follow up on maintenance and production requests
- Prepare bi-monthly merchandising guidelines and communication files for field teams
- Coordinate the communication and implementation of new merchandising planograms across all points of sale
- Support the local production process and coordinate shipments related to merchandising materials
- Assist in the merchandising execution of new product launches and seasonal updates
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field
- Must remain enrolled in academic program for the full duration of the internship
- Fluent in French and English; Dutch is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles
- Knowledge of Parfums Christian Dior and its product universe

Beginner level; no prior professional experience required. Demonstrated interest in luxury retail, visual merchandising, or brand management is advantageous.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
