Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly and monthly sales analysis (sell-out reporting) by collection, product segment, and geographic zone
- Monitor key performance indicators including sell-thru rates and inventory coverage across Baby Dior boutiques
- Identify growth opportunities and best-selling products by zone; propose inventory transfers to optimize performance
- Translate sales analytics into actionable visual merchandising recommendations for boutique teams
- Prepare buying strategy documentation and support seasonal/permanent restock planning
- Assist in debrief meetings and buying session preparations for zone-specific performance reviews
- Track e-commerce sales performance and assess impact of digital marketing on retail results
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify best practices within the luxury childrenswear market
Qualifications
- Degree in Commerce, Engineering, or University (Bac +4/5 or equivalent)
- Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with demonstrated proficiency in data interpretation
- Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Fluent English language proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with expert-level Excel skills
- Demonstrated familiarity with luxury fashion and mode industry
- Ability to collaborate effectively across international teams and multiple functional departments
