Role & Responsibilities
- Produce weekly performance analyses by product type, collection and boutique, with special focus on recent launches.
- Monitor network results against targets, analyse variances and identify operational levers to drive growth.
- Contribute to regional purchasing discussions and support assortment planning for the France & Monaco network.
- Prepare quantitative and qualitative dossiers ahead of monthly performance reviews for each boutique.
- Conduct competitive and market studies (newness, trends, high‑jewellery events) to inform assortment strategy.
- Support cluster reviews and implement assortment adjustments across the retail network.
- Assist in quarterly sales forecasting across the full range and manage inventory transfer arbitrations between boutiques.
- Coordinate daily with retail teams to pilot product launches: verify network stock levels, compile 360° action plans and communication materials.
- Create curated product assortments and manage transfers for in‑store jewellery events; produce sales support tools (product books, listings).
- Order and manage point‑of‑sale fixtures and presentation aids (e.g., display trays, mounts) and provide onsite support during local jewellery events.
- Liaise with central Watch & Jewellery teams (Merchandising, Supply Chain, Logistics), Dior Academy and Visual Merchandising to ensure alignment.
Qualifications
- Final‑year master's level student (Bac+5) or equivalent; business school or Institut d'Études Politiques (IEP) preferred.
- Internship (end‑of‑studies or gap‑year) — prior internship in merchandising or jewellery is a strong advantage.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint; comfortable with analytical tools and reporting.
- Strong analytical mindset, numerical acuity, organisational rigour and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive attitude and a pronounced sensitivity to luxury products; genuine interest in jewellery and/or horology.
