Christian Dior Couture Paris: 6-month Retail Merchandiser Internship supporting European merchandising operations, analysis, and regional coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute weekly performance reporting and analysis across zones and product categories, maintaining accuracy of sell-through reports and purchase summaries
  • Prepare and participate in buying sessions with merchandisers during showroom events
  • Coordinate collection launch presentations in collaboration with training and regional teams
  • Conduct competitive intelligence activities to identify market trends, new product innovations, and strategic development opportunities
  • Facilitate regular communication with local merchandisers, centralize market feedback, and support customer product and order requirements
  • Coordinate cross-functional events involving Supply Chain, Visual Merchandising, Training, and Business Unit partners

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bac+4/5 degree in Business School or equivalent university program
  • Prior internship experience in Retail Merchandising, Business Planning, or Retail operations
  • Fluent English proficiency
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with strong analytical rigor
  • Genuine passion for and understanding of the luxury fashion industry
  • Ability to thrive in an international, collaborative environment with meticulous attention to detail
