Christian Dior Couture Paris: 6-month Retail Merchandiser Internship supporting European merchandising operations, analysis, and regional coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute weekly performance reporting and analysis across zones and product categories, maintaining accuracy of sell-through reports and purchase summaries
- Prepare and participate in buying sessions with merchandisers during showroom events
- Coordinate collection launch presentations in collaboration with training and regional teams
- Conduct competitive intelligence activities to identify market trends, new product innovations, and strategic development opportunities
- Facilitate regular communication with local merchandisers, centralize market feedback, and support customer product and order requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional events involving Supply Chain, Visual Merchandising, Training, and Business Unit partners
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bac+4/5 degree in Business School or equivalent university program
- Prior internship experience in Retail Merchandising, Business Planning, or Retail operations
- Fluent English proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with strong analytical rigor
- Genuine passion for and understanding of the luxury fashion industry
- Ability to thrive in an international, collaborative environment with meticulous attention to detail

Beginner-level experience; prior internship or coursework in retail merchandising, business planning, or retail operations is preferred but not required.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bac+4/5 (Master's level) degree from a business school or equivalent university program.
