Role & Responsibilities

• Assist the Artistic Director’s personal assistant with daily administrative duties and confidential tasks.
• Manage order entry and follow-up using Dior Order; draft and maintain administrative forms.
• Coordinate logistics for the Artistic Direction and liaise with the studio coordination team, particularly during show periods.
• Order and distribute look books for each collection and monitor related stock (e.g., masks, candles).
• Organise and follow-up on time-sensitive deliveries and courier services (Top Chrono, DHL and internal couriers).
• Coordinate Artistic Director’s requirements and supervise the assembly and layout of spaces for runways and presentations.
• Prepare and maintain digital tools and databases consolidating operational information for the department.
• Manage errand requests, general provisioning (intendance) and administrative filing.
• Coordinate guest-related show information with the VIP team using digitalised supports.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a university or school with a mandatory internship agreement (convention de stage).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with administrative or order-management systems (Dior Order preferred).
• Professional command of English; practical knowledge of Italian is a plus.
• High level of discretion and respect for confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Rigorous, well organised, proactive and able to anticipate needs in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Availability, adaptability and willingness to work full-time during a six-month internship (start in September).

Entry-level position; prior professional experience is not required. Suitable for students or recent graduates seeking practical exposure to studio operations and show logistics within a luxury fashion house.

Education

Currently enrolled in an institute of higher education; an internship agreement (convention de stage) from the educational institution is required.
