Christian Dior Couture — Paris: Men's Studio Assistant (internship). Six-month full-time role supporting the Artistic Director's studio and show logistics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Artistic Director’s personal assistant with daily administrative duties and confidential tasks.
- Manage order entry and follow-up using Dior Order; draft and maintain administrative forms.
- Coordinate logistics for the Artistic Direction and liaise with the studio coordination team, particularly during show periods.
- Order and distribute look books for each collection and monitor related stock (e.g., masks, candles).
- Organise and follow-up on time-sensitive deliveries and courier services (Top Chrono, DHL and internal couriers).
- Coordinate Artistic Director’s requirements and supervise the assembly and layout of spaces for runways and presentations.
- Prepare and maintain digital tools and databases consolidating operational information for the department.
- Manage errand requests, general provisioning (intendance) and administrative filing.
- Coordinate guest-related show information with the VIP team using digitalised supports.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a university or school with a mandatory internship agreement (convention de stage).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with administrative or order-management systems (Dior Order preferred).
- Professional command of English; practical knowledge of Italian is a plus.
- High level of discretion and respect for confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Rigorous, well organised, proactive and able to anticipate needs in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Availability, adaptability and willingness to work full-time during a six-month internship (start in September).
