Christian Dior Couture — Paris: Men's Footwear Sourcing Assistant (Intern) to support materials sourcing and product development (6‑month internship).
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end development of footwear collections, from materials research to prototype follow-up.
- Manage material orders (leathers, fabrics, trimmings) and issue purchase documents for technical components.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufactures in France and internationally to develop collection materials and production techniques.
- Maintain and update collection tracking tools (dispatch files, master lists, collection books) and follow product fine-tuning and production status.
- Track invoices and receptions of materials; assist with administrative follow-up related to sourcing activities.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a higher-education programme (business school, engineering or material/textile design) with authorization for an internship (convention de stage).
- Prior hands-on experience or an initial internship in product or material-related functions preferred.
- Fluent English; Italian is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Highly organised, rigorous and able to cultivate positive working relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Availability to start end of August / early September for a six-month internship.

Beginner level: currently a student with at least some prior proximity to product or materials through coursework or a first professional experience/internship.
Education
Current enrolment in a bachelor's or master's programme (business, engineering, product design or material/textile design).
