Parfums Christian Dior seeks Media, PR & Influence Specialist for Nordic region (maternity cover). Copenhagen-based role managing integrated campaigns and influencer partnerships across paid, earned, and owned media.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated full-funnel media plans across Nordic markets aligned with annual marketing calendars and global priorities, collaborating with stakeholders and agencies to ensure local relevance and impact
  • Identify new opportunities, trends, and partnerships to strengthen media effectiveness, brand awareness, and customer acquisition
  • Oversee brand presence across key digital platforms, including Google My Business, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing initiatives aligned with annual marketing calendars and brand objectives
  • Build and manage relationships with influencers, creators, agencies, and media partners across the Nordic region
  • Manage influencer partnerships and campaigns end-to-end, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with brand standards
  • Collaborate with Nordic and Central teams, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure aligned and effective campaign execution
  • Share market insights, trends, and best practices to support brand performance and continuous improvement
  • Monitor and evaluate media and influencer campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize results
  • Manage reporting processes, campaign tracking, and budgets, ensuring activities are delivered efficiently and in line with business objectives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in media planning, influencer marketing, and/or public relations, including end-to-end campaign execution across paid, earned, and owned channels, ideally within a luxury or premium environment
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience using Google Analytics, Power BI, and Business Manager
  • Strong knowledge of the Nordic media and influencer landscape
  • Fluency in English (required); proficiency in a Nordic language is advantageous
  • Creative and innovative thinking with resourcefulness
  • Exemplary leadership and people management capacity with assertiveness and proactivity
  • Exceptional teamwork, collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities
